Step 3
Assessment
Client is presented with a top-quality assessment report taken by Trinity Associates Recruitment Specialists, containing the list of shortlisted Candidates clearing the assessment parameters.
Step 4
Selection
Interviews with shortlisted candidates are scheduled with the Client. The documents are scrutinized and assistance is provided with medical treatment, visas, and emigration if they are considered the best match. Meanwhile, Trinity Associates continues to source candidates to have backups as well.
Step 5
Completion & Follow up
